What we collect

When you search flights, request a callback or make a booking, we collect the information needed to serve you: your name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, country, travel details (routes, dates, passenger counts, preferences), and communication history with our team. If you pay online, the payment is processed by our payment gateway — we never see or store your full card details.

We also collect basic usage analytics (pages viewed, searches run, buttons clicked) tied to an anonymous session identifier, used to improve the product.

How we use it

• To search, compare and confirm flight options for you
• To contact you about your enquiry or booking by phone, WhatsApp or email — only with your consent, which every form asks for explicitly
• To issue tickets and manage post-booking changes
• To meet legal and accounting obligations
• To improve our service using aggregated, de-identified analytics

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without a separate, explicit opt-in.

Sharing

Your details are shared only where the service requires it: with airlines and ticketing systems to make your booking, with our payment gateway to process payments, and with service providers that host our infrastructure under confidentiality obligations. If law enforcement lawfully requires disclosure, we comply.

Storage and security

Data is stored on secured infrastructure with access limited to staff who need it to serve you. Admin access is authenticated and logged. Payment card data never touches our servers.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep for completed bookings under tax and aviation rules). Contact us at hello@skyassist.travel and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for session management (for example, keeping an admin logged in) and lightweight first-party analytics. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
