Our story

We started with a simple observation: travellers on the Australia–India corridor were paying too much, or worse — paying less and getting burned. A “cheap” fare with no baggage on a route where everyone travels with 30 kilograms. A 65-minute connection sold as if it were safe. A self-transfer itinerary that left a family stranded in a transit hall.

Online booking engines optimise for the lowest sticker price. Traditional agents know better but can only compare a handful of options by hand. We built SkyAssist Travel to do both jobs properly: our engine analyses every available option on the things that actually matter — total price, layover quality, journey time, baggage and flexibility — and then a real travel expert re-checks your chosen fare live, books it, and stays reachable until you land.

What we believe

• The API is the truth. Our AI never invents prices, timings or baggage — it only ranks and explains real flight data.
• Warnings belong upfront. Short connections, airport changes and baggage gaps are flagged loudly before you choose, never discovered at the airport.
• Fees belong in daylight. One transparent service fee, shown separately, every time.
• Humans close the loop. No payment is taken until a person has re-confirmed your fare and availability.
